Brief About Role:
The role entails KAM/Operations for E-commerce. Along with the delivery of meeting the
monthly/annual revenue targets.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in successfully managing & running Ecommerce
opera ons. Experience in Q-commerce Ads shall be an added advantage.
KRA’s:
1) Manage the daily sales on E-commerce (like Amazon, Flipkart )
2) Ac vely taking ownership to reach out to new platforms for onboarding platforms
3) Listing and cataloguing of products on platforms
4) Handling both 1P(PO+DF) and 3P account
5) Working alongside in-house teams to ensure material in-bound to all platforms
6) Engaging with platforms for weekly, monthly reviews and meetings
7) Structurally organising the data and organising sales reports
8) Tracking conversion rate and work on levers to improve conversion rate
9) Proactively coming up with suggestions related to the improvement of offer constructs
synchronised basis campaign results
10) Maintaining daily logs of all metrics: CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spends,
Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR, OOS%, etc.
11) P&L accountability of E-commerce, along with ad spends and meeting revenue
targets.
