Job Title: Key Account Manager – Flipkart & Quick Commerce
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: 4–5 years (mandatory) in managing Flipkart & Quick Commerce for an FMCG brand
CTC : up to 8 LPA
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) – Flipkart & Quick Commerce who will be responsible for driving growth through Flipkart and Quick com (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) platform while also managing day-to-day account operations. This is a specialized role, focused only on Flipkart & Quick Commerce (BLINKIT, ZEPTO, INSTAMART).
⚠️ Please note: Only candidates with 4–5 years of proven Flipkart & Quick Commerce experience in FMCG will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Flipkart & Quick Commerce Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize Flipkart & Quick Commerce campaigns to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI
- Account Operations: Ensure listing hygiene (content accuracy, keywords, catalog management)
- Oversee PO fulfillment, stock availability, and supply chain coordination
- Track and resolve operational issues like claims, returns, and penalties
- Analyze campaign and sales performance to drive actionable insights
- Monitor competitor activities and category trends to identify opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Flipkart & Quick Commerce management for an FMCG brand (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Flipkart account operations — listing hygiene, cataloging, PO management, and fulfillment processes
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- FMCG/Ayurveda/Wellness category experience preferred
