Job Purpose
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key residential builders and developers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Ensure seamless coordination for project execution and timely delivery.
- Achieve defined sales and profitability targets through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key builders, developers, and stakeholders in the residential segment.
- (2-6) years of experience in key account management, project sales, or B2B sales in the building materials/construction chemical industry.
- Identify potential projects and drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
