We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise relationships. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales who can drive account growth, customer retention, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue.
- Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and understand business priorities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and timely resolution of business needs.
- Track account performance, customer health, and engagement metrics to improve retention and long-term value.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, account expansion, and customer success.
What We’re Looking For- 2–7 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Enterprise Sales / Account Management.
- Strong experience in managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders and managing multiple decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
