Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Key Account Manager – B2B Sales. The role focuses on managing and growing existing institutional and enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and revenue growth through consultative selling and strong relationship management.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Manage and grow assigned key institutional and enterprise accounts
  • Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Track account performance and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support broader sales objectives through strategic account planning


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in B2B Institutional Sales and Account Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Must own a car and valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Should be an individual contributor for the region
