We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master who can go beyond facilitation and truly own delivery excellence. This role requires someone hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Coordinator, and sometimes a Project Manager, ensuring speed, structure, and scalability in our product development.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Agile execution across product and engineering teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Take ownership of sprint planning, backlog grooming, release tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with founders, product managers, developers, QA, and B2B clients.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
- Track KPIs such as velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and delivery predictability.
- Remove blockers aggressively and ensure zero dependency delays.
- Step in when needed, whether coordinating with clients, writing user stories, or aligning cross-functional teams.
- Help build scalable Agile processes from scratch.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates are maintained.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members if required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and lean product development.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong ownership mindset problem solver, not just process facilitator.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Must-Have

- Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
- Execution-focused and detail-oriented.
- Willing to go beyond role boundaries.
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM).
- Experience working directly with B2B enterprise clients.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD workflows.
- Basic understanding of product metrics and SaaS business models.
