Key Account Manager (Customer Success + Growth) | Fintech APIs
Pune | 8–13 LPA | Enterprise Clients (Banks, Fintechs)
About the Role
This is not a typical sales KAM role.
You will own enterprise client relationships post-sales, ensuring successful adoption and growth of our API-first fintech products (KYC, KYB, verification stack). The role sits at the intersection of customer success, product, and revenue growth—requiring both business acumen and technical understanding of APIs.
What You’ll Drive
- Own and manage enterprise accounts (banks, fintechs, NBFCs)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of API/SDK integrations
- Act as the primary POC for both business and technical client queries
- Help clients understand and leverage API capabilities for their workflows
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and identify growth opportunities
- Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue from existing accounts
- Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and retention signals
- Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and improve experience
- Translate client feedback into actionable product insights
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- 3–4 years in Customer Success / Key Account Management
- Experience with SaaS / tech products (mandatory)
- Exposure to BFSI / fintech domain
- Ability to read API documentation and guide clients on integrations
- Experience managing enterprise clients
- Proven track record in retention + upsell/cross-sell
- Strong Excel / data handling skills (tracking usage, client metrics)
- Excellent communication—can simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders
This Role is NOT for You If
- You have only done sales/hunting roles (no post-sales ownership)
- You have no exposure to SaaS, APIs, or tech products
- You haven’t worked with BFSI / fintech clients
