E-Commerce Key Account Manager
Location: Gurugram (On-Site) | Experience: 2–5 Years
ABOUT ZAVYA
Zavya is a fast-growing 925 silver jewellery brand built on self-love and everyday luxury. As we scale across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce, we are looking for a strong operator who can own and grow our e-commerce channels with complete accountability.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t “manage” accounts — but owns the P&L of Amazon & Flipkart like a founder.
Role Overview
This is a high ownership, revenue-driven role.
You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, visibility, and operational excellence across Amazon & Flipkart.
From pricing to performance marketing, inventory to rankings — you own the outcome.
What You’ll Own
1. Revenue & P&L Ownership
• Drive monthly GMV, contribution margin, and growth targets.
• Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, ad spend efficiency.
• Optimize pricing, discounts, and deal participation for profitability.
2. Listing & Conversion Optimization
• Improve product rankings and organic visibility.
• Optimize titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords.
• Increase CTR & CVR through image and content improvements.
• Run A/B tests for hero images and listing creatives.
3. Advertising & Visibility
• Plan and execute Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads strategy.
• Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns.
• Monitor keyword performance and bidding strategy.
• Scale high-performing SKUs.
4. Inventory & Operations
• Forecast demand and ensure healthy inventory levels.
• Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with supply chain for replenishment planning.
• Track returns, claims, and account health metrics.
5. Growth & Expansion
• Identify new category opportunities.
• Launch new SKUs with optimized go-to-market plans.
• Participate in sale events (BBD, Prime Day, festive sales).
• Build deal calendars and growth roadmaps.
6. Reporting & Insights
• Own weekly and monthly marketplace dashboards.
• Analyze SKU-level profitability and growth drivers.
• Identify bottlenecks and act fast.
Who You Are
• 3–6 years experience handling Amazon and/or Flipkart accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms.
• Comfortable with ad dashboards and data analysis.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficient.
• Highly ownership-driven and proactive.
• Commercially sharp — think in margins, not just revenue.
Bonus If You
• Have managed fashion/jewellery/beauty categories.
• Have handled 1–3 Cr+ monthly GMV.
• Have experience in scaling new launches on marketplaces.
