E-Commerce Key Account Manager
Location: Gurugram (On-Site) | Experience: 3–6 Years
ABOUT ZAVYA
Zavya is a fast-growing 925 silver jewellery brand built on self-love and everyday luxury. As we scale across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce, we are looking for a strong operator who can own and grow our e-commerce channels with complete accountability.
This role is for someone who thinks like a business owner — not just an account handler.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will manage and scale assigned e-commerce channels (Myntra / Eternz / Nykaa / Others) with full ownership of revenue, operations, catalog health, and growth execution.
This is a high-ownership role with end-to-end accountability.
REVENUE & BUSINESS GROWTH
· Own monthly revenue and growth targets for assigned channels.
· Monitor contribution margins and profitability drivers.
· Build channel-specific growth roadmaps.
· Identify hero SKUs and scale them strategically.
· Plan sale participation and promotional calendars.
CATALOG & CONVERSION EXCELLENCE
· Ensure catalog accuracy across all assigned platforms.
· Optimize titles, attributes, images, A+ content, and keywords.
· Improve organic visibility and product ranking.
· Drive improvements in CTR and CVR.
· Ensure zero listing errors or suppression risks.
INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATION
· Forecast demand based on sales velocity and seasonality.
· Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses / fulfillment centers.
· Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
· Coordinate replenishment planning with operations.
· Improve inventory turns and sell-through rates.
MARKETPLACE & PARTNER MANAGEMENT
· Act as primary point of contact for marketplace account managers.
· Negotiate placements and visibility opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and seller health metrics.
· Monitor returns, ratings, and customer feedback trends.
PROMOTIONS & STRATEGIC AD COORDINATION
· Collaborate with performance marketing team on campaign execution.
· Monitor ROAS and campaign impact.
· Provide inputs for keyword and listing optimization.
DATA, REPORTING & INSIGHTS
· Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards for revenue and profitability.
· Analyze SKU-level contribution and pricing efficiency.
· Benchmark competitors and identify growth opportunities.
· Share actionable insights with leadership.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· 3–6 years experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
· Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems and ranking logic.
· Comfortable working with revenue numbers and margins.
· Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
· Ownership-driven mindset with strong execution capability.
BONUS IF YOU
· Have managed multiple channels simultaneously.
· Have experience in fashion / jewellery / beauty categories.
· Have handled 1–5 Cr+ monthly GMV.
· Have experience scaling new product launches.
