Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will manage and develop relationships with key clients, oversee account strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering effective solutions, tracking account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong client management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Proficiency in negotiation and account strategy development
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge or background in the automotive, manufacturing, or transport industry is an advantage
- Capability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with clients and teams in New Delhi
