Key Account Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions (B2B
Hardware)
Role Overview
We are hiring Key Account Managers to drive enterprise and mid-market account growth
across multiple regions in India. This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2B IT hardware /
infrastructure sales experience, looking to work on OEM-led solution selling and high-growth
accounts.

Mumbai | Hyderabad | Chennai | Gurgaon | Pune | Ahmedabad | Cochin
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new B2B accounts within the assigned
territory
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling IT infrastructure solutions
• Build strong relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, and business
stakeholders
• Sell laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, storage, networking, and peripherals
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Drive deal closures in the range of 10L – 75L
• Collaborate with OEM partners such as HP, Dell, and Lenovo for pricing and solutions
• Maintain strong pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tracking
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B IT hardware / IT infrastructure sales
• Experience working with OEMs like HP, Dell, Lenovo
• Proven ability to close 10L+ deals
• Strong understanding of corporate / SMB sales environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
8 – 10 LPA (Fixed + performance incentives)
