Job description:
We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager (KAM) with strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, and solution selling. This role focuses on managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized IT and technology solutions.
If you have experience in enterprise sales, client relationship management, SaaS, IT hardware, telecom, or managed services, this role is ideal for you

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key enterprise accounts and build long-term client relationships
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and pipeline management
Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
Conduct regular client meetings (in-person/virtual)
Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams for solution delivery
Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability
Track market trends, competition, and customer insights
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management
Background in IT services, SaaS, telecom, hardware, or technology solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong expertise in solution selling and consultative sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
Ability to manage large enterprise clients and complex sales cycles
