Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Pune Division. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. Core tasks include strategic account management, customer service delivery, business planning, and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships. The role requires regular interaction with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver performance-driven results.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and address client needs with professionalism and effectiveness.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Experience in marketing, strategy, or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
