Job Summary
A Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with an organization’s most important clients. The goal is to maintain long-term partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact for major accounts
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth (upselling/cross-selling)
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver solutions
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
