🚀 We’re Hiring: Major Account Executive – Business Development (Gurgaon)- UPS SCS (India) Private Limited - Freight Forwarding
The Major Account Executive – Sales position focuses on growing the business and expanding relationships with large national and global customers.
This role is responsible for acquiring and developing large national and global accounts, with the primary objective of Revenue, Volume, and Gross Profit growth by delivering sustainable supply chain solutions.
🎯 Essential Functions of the Role
Drive business development and acquisition of new large national and global customers aligned with organizational growth and go-to-market strategies.
Focus on long-term sustainable business strategies, including RFQs, global collaboration, and long-term contracts.
Develop and implement strong retention strategies, leveraging negotiation skills to preserve business and secure contract agreements from previously non-contracted customers.
Control revenue and maximize profits through pricing strategies, margin control, and mitigation of customer loss.
Present the complete portfolio of UPS solutions to customers to increase revenue and volume streams.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals — including customer acquisition, volume growth, revenue growth, and gross profit targets.
Ensure timely updates of sales activities in the UPS Drive Sales system, adhering to sales and organizational policies.
Report all aspects of sales activities and customer engagement to the reporting manager on a daily basis.
Collaborate closely with Pricing, Procurement, Operations, and Network teams to design customized solutions for customers.

Experience in freight forwarding / supply chain solutions preferred
