Role Overview-
We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise relationships for upGrad Enterprise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving account growth, managing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring seamless delivery of learning solutions to enterprise clients.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, consultative selling capability, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities -
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts for long-term revenue growth and client retention.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across upGrad Enterprise offerings.
- Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews, and client success discussions.
- Partner closely with internal teams including sales, delivery, solutioning, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend relevant learning solutions aligned to their workforce development goals.
- Track account performance against revenue targets, renewals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Manage contract renewals, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and act as the primary escalation point for strategic accounts.
- Maintain accurate account updates, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales / Client Success / Account Growth.
- Experience working with B2B/enterprise clients, preferably in EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, HRTech, or Consulting.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of managing revenue targets and growing enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative problem-solving approach.
- Experience managing senior client stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles is preferred.
