Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Shahadara. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the main point of contact. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing client accounts, addressing client concerns, analyzing data to enhance performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain processes, or transport management
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and at an on-site location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered
- Prior experience in key account management or the logistics sector is an advantage
