Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing business plans, driving customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs effectively. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to implement customized solutions that align with client expectations and business objectives.
Qualifications

- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in client-facing or strategic account roles is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
