Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Key Account Manager. The role involves managing key accounts to ensure long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will develop business plans, identify growth opportunities, handle customer inquiries and concerns, and work collaboratively with internal teams to exceed client expectations. A strong emphasis will be placed on building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving business success by meeting key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills
- Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
- Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B account management or related roles is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently
