Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Key Account Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, and providing support to clients to meet their needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and identify business opportunities
- Expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts to nurture client relationships and maintain satisfaction
- Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and execute growth strategies
- Customer Service skills to address client concerns and ensure high-quality service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the trade or export-import industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
