we're building in a legacy category (paper, tissues, everyday consumables) and trying to make it far from boring.
what this role is
- not a relationship-management job.
- you'll own sales end-to-end. finding the right accounts, closing them, and then growing them. you'll work directly with the founder and be the person who builds our sales engine from the ground up.
what you'll do
- identify and close institutional & b2b accounts (offices, corporates)
- build and manage general trade & distributor relationships
- own the full cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- grow existing accounts: upsell, expand, retain
- track your numbers obsessively (revenue, pipeline, realization)
- work on pricing, agreements, and trade policies

who this is for
- you've sold something hard and loved it

- you're okay with building from scratch — no playbook, no hand-holding
what we're looking for
- 3+ years in sales — preferably in stationery, paper, tissues, consumables, or corporate gifting
- proven track record of closing and growing accounts
- strong understanding of institutional buying cycles and distributor dynamics
- owner mindset — you treat your accounts like your own business
- data-driven: you know your numbers cold
