Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai, Delhi & Chennai for a Key Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing key accounts to drive sales growth, developing and implementing business plans for target accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, analyzing account performance, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing clients. The Key Account Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and strengthen relationships with key chain accounts
✔️ Identify account gaps and build customized growth strategies
✔️ Drive upselling and cross-selling across all SKUs
✔️ Plan & execute events, launches, demos, and promotional initiatives
✔️ Coordinate closely with internal teams and leadership
✔️ Act as a strategic partner to clinics—not just a sales contact
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ Proven experience in the aesthetic / dermatology / medical devices industry
✔️ Experience handling clinic chains is a strong advantage
✔️ Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and decision-makers
✔️ Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy and account growth
✔️ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
