Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of Key Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing business plans, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. In this role, the individual will build and maintain strong customer relationships, track customer requirements, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Strong Business Planning skills to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish and nurture client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Science is preferable or any stream.
- Experience in a related industry is a plus
