Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing and implementing business plans, identifying customer needs, and ensuring excellent customer service, identifyingnew leads for setting-upnew IUI/IVF Labs. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to strengthen client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
- Demonstrated aptitude for exceptional Customer Service and relationship building
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or related industries is an advantage
- Availability to work on-site in Telangana & AP
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
