Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Surat. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with strategic clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their e-commerce and logistics needs on the Selloship platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client business goals, developing account plans, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities to increase adoption of Selloship’s services and features. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as operations, product, and support to resolve issues, optimize shipping strategies, and improve client satisfaction and retention. The Key Account Manager will also analyze data and client feedback to propose improvements and contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Key Accounts and Account Management skills, with experience handling strategic or high-value clients.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify trends or improvement areas.
- Experience in Business Planning, including creating account plans, setting targets, and executing growth strategies.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or a related tech-enabled service environment is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
