Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Worli. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key accounts, ensure exceptional customer service, and engage in business planning to help clients meet their logistics objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account strategies, analyzing client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts handling to manage client relationships effectively
- Expertise in Business Planning to develop strategies for account growth and achieving client objectives
- Analytical Skills to assess client needs, monitor performance, and propose solutions to improve services
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
