Key Responsibilities:-
1. Account Management & Business Growth:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with Modern Trade and Quick Commerce partners (e.g., Reliance Retail, DMart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability across assigned accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities including new listings, assortment growth, and category penetration.
2. Sales Planning & Execution:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance across accounts.
- Plan promotions, visibility initiatives, and activation calendars.
- Ensure strong in-store and online execution standards.
3. Quick Commerce Channel Management:
- Manage platform operations including assortment planning, pricing alignment, and inventory availability.
- Work closely with category managers of Q-commerce platforms to improve rankings and visibility.
- Optimize product discoverability and promotional performance.
- Track platform analytics to improve conversion and sales velocity.
4. Trade Marketing & Promotions:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.
- Manage trade spends, margins, and ROI on promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution across channels.
- Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
5. Forecasting & Supply Coordination:
- Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts based on trends and promotions.
- Monitor inventory health and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and platform stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Resolve operational and commercial issues proactively.
7. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track KPIs such as sales growth, distribution, availability, and promotion effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business reviews and performance dashboards.
