We are looking for a senior Account Manager / Key Account Manager who can own large enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth, strategic relationships and campaign performance.
This role is not just operational account management — it requires someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities and work closely with clients to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Own and manage large enterprise client accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with marketing, sales and leadership teams at client organizations
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
- Drive upsells, renewals and new campaign launches
- Ensure accounts consistently meet MRR and outcome targets
Campaign Performance Oversight
- Work with internal teams across marketing, AI operations and analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs
- Proactively identify and solve performance gaps or delivery risks
Client Success & Retention
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients
- Translate campaign data into clear business insights
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate across product, marketing, operations and leadership
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly and client expectations are met
What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / Key Accounts
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation or digital campaigns
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with data, dashboards and campaign performance metrics
- Highly proactive with strong problem-solving ability
