Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Key Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. The role requires preparing reports, overseeing key projects, monitoring customer account performance, and strategizing to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
- Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and market analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the pest control or service industry is a plus
