🚀 We Are Hiring | Key Accounts Manager (KAM) – Chennai
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Key Accounts Manager to lead key client relationships, trade operations, and business growth initiatives across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Retail channels.
📍 Location: Chennai
📌 Experience: 8–15 Years
🏢 Industry Preference: FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods / Channel Sales

🔹 Strategic Responsibilities:
• Build and manage strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Drive strategic growth and profitability across assigned accounts
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Ensure complete ownership of client satisfaction, service delivery, and account performance
• Lead trade operations and execution across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Retail channels
• Drive retail excellence, visibility, and execution standards across markets
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Supply Chain
• Drive operational efficiency, governance, SLA adherence, and business performance metrics
• Lead large-scale field operations, manpower planning, and productivity optimization
• Support leadership teams with business planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives

✔ Strong FMCG / Retail operations exposure
✔ Proven expertise in Key Account Management & Trade Operations
✔ Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience handling large teams and multi-channel operations
