Role: Key Account Manager
Location: Ahmedabad (Looking for an Ahmedabad-based candidate only)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: ₹4 LPA CTC
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
- Drive key metrics like MRR, NPS, Retention & Product Usage
- Help clients grow using a consultative approach
- Ensure timely renewals & identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Share market feedback to improve product offerings
- Generate referral leads from existing clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong client relationship & communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage business metrics
- Problem-solving & presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Willingness to travel when required
Shift Details:
(Frontend KAM): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(Backend KAM): 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
