Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Key Account Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements to customize logistics solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts, addressing client concerns, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with teams to fulfill customer needs, and identifying opportunities for business development. The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring both operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Engagement, Relationship Management, and Problem-Solving to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to effectively interact with diverse business clients
- Analytical skills, Data Interpretation, and Performance Monitoring to evaluate customer performance metrics and craft actionable insights
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Optimization, Logistics Processes, and Order Management
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and develop innovative solutions tailored to client requirements
- Proficiency in tools and platforms related to logistics management and customer relationship systems
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are an added asset
- Experience in a logistics or D2C domain will be highly valued
