About this role
As Key Account Manager (KAM), you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Ooodles' most valuable clients, serving as the primary contact to manage our pricing, deliveries and collections of devices across employees, guaranteeing that satisfaction, retention, and growth increase quarter on quarter.
You will master the Ooodles platform, and, by understanding the customer needs, tailor the existing solution to identify upsell opportunities. With fluent English, you will resolve commercial and supply chain issues, ultimately driving revenue and strategic success for both the client and the company.

In particular, the Ooodles platform provides IT, HR, and Ops managers with the tools to manage IT deliveries, collection, and repairs effectively.
Your responsibilities
- Ooodles Platform and IT Industry Knowledge: present the different options of laptops, monitors and other IT peripherals, explaining the technical specifications with knowledge. Demo the Ooodles services and platform with a clear understanding of the ultimate benefit to the IT, Ops, HR manager and their employees.
- Relationship Management: Develop deep trust and rapport with high-value clients, acting as their main point of contact, responding quickly, politely and on point.
- Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to expand existing accounts and at least double revenues year on year.
- Strategic Planning: together with the Head of Sales, create and execute strategies to align company services with client goals, ensuring long-term value and retention. Monitor the contracts that are to renew, and proactively suggest commercial options.
- Internal Coordination: When required, liaise with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure timely delivery and consistent service for key accounts.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, complaints, and problems to maintain satisfaction, also when this requires a hands-on approach.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on each key account revenues, progress, and key metrics to your manager and management team.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends in the IT and DaaS segments, and suggest new ideas to offer to clients.
Experience and Skills
- 10 years of experience in account management of IT devices and/or IT services for B2B clients, probably at an established e-Commerce player, with a stellar track record in key account revenue growth and retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Data analysis of accounts and revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent worker.
- A down-to-earth, good-humoured, kind person, like everyone else at Ooodles.
- Fluent in English (TOEFL level C2).
