Key Accounts Business Manager – Medical Devices & Consumables

Nipro Medical India, a global leader in healthcare and medical technology, is looking for an energetic, motivated, and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Key Accounts Business Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced medical technologies and build strong partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets and KPIs across assigned accounts and product divisions.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, medical institutions, and channel partners
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and regular customer engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within institutional accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close business agreements in line with company policies.
- Understand customer requirements and address unmet clinical needs through innovative solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Skills &Competencies
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and business priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of medical device sales processes and hospital procurement systems.
- High level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
- Preference for candidates with at least 3 years in the current organisation.
- Experience in hospital product sales and institutional business will be an advantage.
- Graduate in Science or Technology discipline.MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business/Management preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Strong interest in medical technology and clinical applications.
- Ability to build long-term strategic customer relationships.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and contract management.
