Key Account Sales Manager (CPaaS & SaaS)
📍 Gurgaon / Bengaluru / Mumbai
Netcore is looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager with strong experience in CPaaS and SaaS to manage, grow, and deepen relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires a consultative client-facing professional who can drive retention, expansion, upsell, and long-term value realization across key customers.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise account management, solution selling, and customer growth strategies, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities to look for-
- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts for Netcore Cloud across CPaaS and SaaS solutions, ensuring strong customer relationships and business continuity.
- Own customer retention, revenue growth, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Understand client business goals, communication workflows, and digital engagement needs to position relevant Netcore solutions effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and coordinate with internal product, support, delivery, and customer success teams.
- Build strategic account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive account expansion across business units.
- Conduct regular business reviews, track key account metrics, and ensure high customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Address customer escalations proactively and ensure timely issue resolution with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account updates, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Account Growth, or Customer Success within CPaaS, SaaS, cloud, martech, or related technology businesses.
- Strong experience in managing enterprise or large mid-market clients and driving revenue growth from existing accounts.
- Good understanding of CPaaS solutions such as messaging, communications, and engagement platforms, along with broader SaaS selling models.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven skills in relationship management, negotiation, renewals, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into scalable business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
