Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading marketplaces — Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other platforms. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain coordination, sales analysis, catalog management, and digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts relationship development
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategy Implementation
- Excellent Customer Service and client satisfaction management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proven experience in managing large accounts, preferably in the nutraceutical or FMCG industry
Key responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory:
Track incoming orders and coordinate scheduling daily across all platforms.
Manage returns processing and oversee inventory levels.
Conduct monthly forecast planning (typically on the 20th of each month) to ensure stock availability.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse product performance metrics daily across all marketplace channels. Prepare and circulate a weekly sales dashboard every Monday to keep stakeholders informed on key trends and performance indicators.
Promotions & Pricing:
Execute monthly promotional offer uploads aligned to platform events and campaigns. Manage weekly price change updates across all platforms as per business requirements.
Catalog & Content:
Coordinate with the marketing team and creative agencies for product image, video, and A+ content uploads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other channels.
Platform Coordination:
Proactively raise issue requests and coordinate with platform account managers on an ongoing basis to resolve operational escalations and platform-side problems swiftly.
