Role Description The Key Account Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic key accounts in the assigned territory or portfolio. Day-to-day activities include developing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The Key Account Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as marketing, medical, and supply chain to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with brand strategies. The role involves regular communication with customers to understand their needs, provide product and service support, and resolve issues promptly. The Key Account Manager also monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business planning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to build, maintain, and expand strategic customer relationships.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Experience in Business Planning, including developing account strategies, sales forecasts, and action plans.
- Proficient Customer Service skills to address customer needs, manage concerns, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
