Role Description
The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, addressing customer needs, and developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client data, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to support client success and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise to manage and grow strategic relationships
- Proficient in Business Planning and Customer Service to assess needs, propose solutions, and ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate client data and market trends for informed decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or software industry is an added advantage
