Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, developing and executing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing client needs, strategizing account growth, and providing tailored solutions to maintain client loyalty. Regular interaction with clients and internal teams to address queries, resolve issues, and meet shared objectives will be a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with an ability to establish and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy execution to drive client growth and revenue generation
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions effectively
- Sharp Analytical Skills to assess client needs, market trends, and performance insights
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in client or account management within the automotive or related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
