Key Account Manager | Mandaala (PrintStop India)
If you enjoy managing enterprise clients, solving real operational challenges, and seeing your work translate into repeat business, this role is built for you.
At Mandaala, you’ll work closely with large enterprises like Infosys, HDFC Bank, and Capgemini, helping them run merchandise and engagement programs in a structured, scalable way.

Mandaala is our enterprise division, focused on helping large organisations manage merchandise through a MerchTech approach.
What You'll Own :
Account Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned enterprise clients
- Understand requirements and translate them into clear internal execution
Execution & Coordination
- Work with internal teams to ensure orders, billing, and delivery stay on track
- Guide clients through onboarding and their first few orders
Client Relationships & Growth
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and expansion
Reporting & Visibility
- Track account performance and share regular updates with clients and internal teams
What Success Looks Like :
- Clients rely on you as their go-to person
- Orders move without constant follow-ups
- Accounts grow through repeat and structured engagement
Who this Role Fits :
- 2–5 years experience in B2B or corporate sales/account management
- Experience handling mid to large clients is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple moving parts
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Role Details :
- Location: Mumbai (near Parel/Prabhadevi)
- Working days: Monday–Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- CTC: ₹4–7.5 LPA
