Job Overview :-
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, client servicing, and account management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Understand client goals and provide suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, content, SEO, performance marketing, and social media.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide campaign updates.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and account performance updates.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
