Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and close additional sales opportunities in our existing customer base.
- Learn and implement “Sales Process” including all procedures and policies.
- Demonstrate a proficiency in using the customer relationship management database.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts·
- Selling of IT Products, consumable, Services and spares.
- Grow the revenue and achieve sales targets
- Develop a sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts.
- Responsibility for the overall sales activities.
- Assume responsibility in assuring price and margin levels.
- Lead a team of sales Executives.
- Identify new opportunities and develop markets.
- Ensure entire team achieve their goals and earns incentives

- Experienced level of customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build customer base.

KRA:
- Fast Response to customers ( min. turnaround time in, getting problems resolved etc).
- Understanding customer requirements and quoting the required products and services.
- Training Team on products, policies and erp systems.
- Meeting customers and and managing the business relationship the best possible way.
- Responding and fixing the concerns if escalated.
- Up selling and cross selling of products and service.
- Keep tab on every team members KRI and target achievements and support them if they are not in line with the target.
