Key Responsibilities:- Immediately engage with vendors and FSEs to ensure a continuous supply
- Drive supply growth by onboarding and supporting drivers and fleet partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fleet management sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs
- Execute field marketing activities to increase supply and brand visibility
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales and supply targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree and Above
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management (preferably in fleet/automobile industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Good understanding of the local market and vendor network
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Experience handling fleet vendors, drivers, or aggregator platforms (Ola/Uber, etc.)
- Comfortable with field work and travel across the city
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
- Language: Kannada & English mandatory
