Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing and executing business strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, addressing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer objectives. The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Key Accounts and Account Management to establish and nurture professional relationships.
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to strategize and drive revenue growth effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve targets, adapt to a dynamic environment, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the training and education industry, particularly IT solutions, is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
