Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Hyderabad (100% Onsite only)

Note: We are looking for candidates who has experience working with implementation partners and directly coordinating with the SPOC
Role Overview
The Key account manager is responsible for managing day-to-day client operations and service delivery for assigned accounts. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams of recruitment ensuring SLA adherence, delivery quality, and a positive client experience.
The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiting teams to support demand fulfilment
- Track open requirements, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Ensure accuracy in ATS/VMS systems (tagging, updates, compliance)
- Coordinate with Operations, onboarding, and workforce experience teams as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and manageday-to-day client communication, requirements, and updates
- Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and client processes and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and client guidelines
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements Strong knowledge and working experience on different Tax terms i.e. W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp (C2C).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling,
- Networking Sites, Referrals and internet Based recruiting Tools.
Should have very good experience in different work authorizations i.e. H1B, GC, USC, TN and others.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Client satisfaction and feedback
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance scores
- Fill ratio / delivery metrics (role/client-dependent)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in client services, staffing and client management.
- Experience collaborating with implementation partners and directly coordinating with the SPOC.
- Coordinate with Client POC’s and get the requirements and do hands on recruiting and Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and High attention to detail and
- ownership mindset
- Experience working with top staffing companies is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Staffing or MSP environment exposure and Experience working with US or global clients
- Familiarity with compliance, onboarding, and reporting processes.
