What This Job Involves
You will oversee the entire Property Management Services for a portfolio client . Key Account Director (KAD) is responsible for overall portfolio performance, client satisfaction, financial management, operational excellence and strategic growth.
Lead end-to-end property management operations across a 17 million sq. ft. portfolio by ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, technical reliability, statutory compliance, client relationship management and large team management also ensuring business profitability.

- Act as the single point of contact for the client.

QualificationsYou will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent. MBA from reputed business school will be an added advantage.17–20 years of experience in managing Property Management of large commercial portfolio
