Experience: 5-10 years (B2B / Industrial / Auction / Marketplace preferred)Minimum Qualification:GraduateRole OverviewManage and grow strategic client accounts for auction services, ensuring revenue expansion, client retention, and operational excellence across forward and reverse auction processes.Key Responsibilities1. Account Management & GrowthOwn end-to-end relationship with key clientsDrive revenue growth via upselling, cross-selling, and new category onboardingIdentify new auction opportunities within existing accounts2. Auction Execution ExcellenceEnsure smooth execution of auctions (forward/reverse)Coordinate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, tech)Monitor auction performance: participation, price discovery, conversion3. Client Advisory & StrategyGuide clients on pricing strategy (SBP), lot structuring, and market benchmarkingProvide insights on demand trends, buyer behavior, and category performance4. Buyer ExpansionSupport onboarding of relevant buyers/bidders for key categoriesImprove competition intensity and price realization5. Reporting & GovernanceShare regular MIS: auction outcomes, revenue, participation metricsMaintain documentation: proposals, market analysis, benchmarking6. Stakeholder ManagementAct as single point of contact for clientManage escalations and ensure high client satisfactionKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of auction models (forward / reverse)Commercial acumen and negotiation skillsData-driven decision makingClient relationship & stakeholder managementAbility to handle multiple accounts and high-value transactionsPreferred BackgroundExperience in e-commerce, industrial sales, scrap trading, or procurement platformsExposure to commodities like metals, scrap, cement, or industrial goods is a plusKPIs / Success MetricsRevenue growth from key accountsAuction success rate & price realizationBuyer participation & competition levelClient retention and satisfaction score
