Role Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients to ensure satisfaction and business growth. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans, managing key accounts, analyzing trends and data to identify opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts effectively.
- Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Business Planning to drive strategic growth and address client needs.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive long-term relationships.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and decision-makers effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
