Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with strategic partners, referral networks, and key accounts to drive patient acquisition and revenue. Responsibilities include understanding account needs, developing tailored account plans, conducting regular review meetings, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to execute joint initiatives, track performance, and resolve issues promptly. The Key Account Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support regional growth targets and contribute to long-term partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing strategic relationships and achieving growth targets.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast performance, and design effective account strategies.
- Proven Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build trust, handle escalations, and deliver a consistently positive partner experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operations, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or related service industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel within the region as required, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
