Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee managing strategic Referring Doctors, developing strong relationships, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of key client relationships. He has to organise OPD Camps RTM’s CME’s and various other relationship maintaining activities. The role will involve creating and nurturing long-term partnerships with Gynaecologists to drive business growth and build customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with the ability to build and maintain strategic Doctors relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities, interpret data insights, and contribute to effective decision-making
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a commitment to addressing client needs efficiently and professionally
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have Graduation and proven track record in Diagnostic Pharma or Devices Industry.
- Must have past experience of same territory Ludhiana.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or fertility sector is an advantage
